GARANTIE SKI: SEASON PASSES

The member is entitled to obtain a credit or a full refund of a Season Pass or the postponement of his 2024-2025 Season Pass to the 2025-2026 season without justification if:

- The member has not used his Season Pass before December 15, 2024.
- The request must be submitted no later than December 15, 2024.
- The request is completed on gopasse.com by completing the form for this purpose.
- The cancellation policy (see table below) applies if the member has used his Season Pass before December 15, 2024.

COVID-19

After December 15, 2024, no credit or refund related to sanitary measures will be accepted, even if the measures change during the season.

GARANTIE SKI: SNOW SCHOOL PROGRAMS, COMPETITION TEAM, MOGULS TEAM & FREESTYLE

If the first lesson or first training has not started:

- The buyer is entitled to a full credit or a full refund of the program without justification if:
- The request is submitted no later than 24 hours before the start of the program, either Friday January 10, 2025 if the lesson starts on Saturday January 11, 2025 or Saturday January 11, 2025 if the lesson starts on Sunday January 12, 2025 or according to the date of the start of the specific program (Moguls Team, SNOPRK Team and certain programs).
- The request is completed on gopasse.com by completing the form for this purpose.

CANCELLATION POLICIES SEASON PASSES 2024-2025

Terms of the cancellation policy

NO CREDIT OR REIMBURSEMENT – CLOSURE OR REDUCED OPERATIONS

No credit or reimbursement, total or partial, of products or services purchased by the Season Pass holder, nor any compensation for any harm or inconvenience whatsoever is admissible against the station with the fact that the station cannot operate its facilities and offer all its services at full capacity, taking into account, in particular but not limited to, weather conditions, snow conditions, client traffic, lack of manpower, health situation, power outage, government order limited operations or any other cause preventing the station from operating all the chairlifts and/or make all his installations accessible to the Season Pass holder.

The member is entitled to obtain a credit or reimbursement if:

- The request is related to an inability to practice ski or snowboard with a medical proof.
- The credit is in the form of a les Sommets gift card.
- Based on the number of days of use (see table below) of the Season Pass.
- An administrative fee of $40 + taxes is applicable per credit or refund transaction.
- No Season Pass transfer is allowed.
- The request is completed on gopasse.com by completing the form for this purpose.

CANCELLATION POLICY SNOW SCHOOL PROGRAMS, MOGS TEAM & SNOPRK TEAM WINTER 2024-2025

Terms of the cancellation policy

If the first lesson or first training has not started:

The buyer is entitled to a full credit or refund of their program without justification if:

- The request is submitted no later than 24 hours before the start of the program, either Friday January 10, 2025 if the lesson starts on Saturday January 11, 2025 or Saturday January 11, 2025 if the lesson starts on Sunday January 12, 2025 or according to the date of the start of the specific program (Moguls Team, SNOPRK Team and certain programs).

- The request is completed on gopasse.com by completing the form for this purpose.
If the programs have started:
- The buyer is entitled to a refund or credit in the form of a les Sommets gift card.
- Based on the number of days remaining in the program (excluding the « Day Off » which is offered to you for free).
- An administrative fee of $40 + taxes is applicable per refund or credit transaction.
- No tranfer is allowed.
- The request has to be completed on gopasse.com by completing the form for this purpose.
In the event that les Sommets is unable to offer or postpone Snow School lessons or training before the end of the 2024-2025 season:
- The buyer is entitled to a refund or credit in the form of a les Sommets gift card.
- For the lessons or trainings that have not taking place (excluding the « Day OFF » that is offered to you for free).
- No administrative fees applicable.

SNOW SCHOOL « DAY OFF » POLICY 2024-2025

(Non applicable on the Mugels Team, SNOPRK Team and certain Snow School programs identified below)

As a BONUS to the vast majority of our programs, you could use a « Day Off ». This day allows you to postpone free of charge and no matter the reason, a (1) lesson at the end of the programs. Whether because of illness, an anniversary, an important meeting, the weather or simply because you want to rest.

Conditions: these programs are composed according to the station of 7 or 9 lessons spread over 8 or 10 weeks including the « Day Off »:

Regular programs*

Are made up of 9 lessons spread over 10 weeks including the « Day Off », from Saturday January 11 or Sunday January 12, 2025 to Saturday March 15 or Sunday March 16, 2025. The customer who wishes to benefit from « Day Off » during the season, will be able to resume the failed lesson on the last day scheduled for Saturday March 15 or Sunday March 16, 2025, but only if the weather conditions, snow conditions and the context allow it.

Restrictions: les Sommets reserve the right to cancel and/or postpone any lesson of the Snow School in the event of force majeure or for any other reason out of its control which would prevent it from offering this lesson on the scheduled date Initially, in particular for reasons linked to the weather and snow conditions, a break in equipment, an ordered closure by the municipal or government authorities in connection with the health situation, a shortage of labor, or for any other reason deemed valid by les Sommets. In the case of the cancellation of a lesson for the reasons set out above, les Sommets reserve the right to postpone this lesson during the last weekend, on Saturday March 15 or Sunday March 16, 2025.

It is understood that despite the possibility for the customer to benefit from a « Day Off » or despite the possibility for les Sommets to cancel/postpone a course, les Sommets undertake to offer a minimum of 9 lessons. The 10th lesson scheduled for the last weekend of March 15 or 16, 2025 is not a service for which the customer pays, but this is a free service offered as a bonus by les Sommets and in no case , les Sommets will not be forced to offer this 10th lesson or make a refund if les Sommets is unable to offer this 10th lesson for the reasons set out above.

- Parent in a lesson at Sommet Saint-Sauveur & Sommet Olympia
  Lessons from Saturday January 25, 2025 to Saturday March 8, 2025 including the
  « Day Off ».

THE « DAY OFF » IS NOT APPLICABLE TO THE PROGRAM BELOW

- Masters Series 10 training at Sommet Saint-Sauveur
  10 training sessions either Tuesday morning or Thursday afternoon
  starting Tuesday January 7, 2025. No training on Tuesday March 4
  and Thursday March 6, 2025 due to the School Break.
- Masters Series 20 training at Sommet Saint-Sauveur
  20 training sessions on Tuesday morning and on Thursday afternoon
  starting Tuesday January 7, 2025. No training on Tuesday March 4
  and Thursday March 6, 2025 due to the School Break.
- Snoprk les Sommets development 25 days at Sommet Saint-Sauveur
  Christmas Camp from December 27 to December 29, 2024 followed by 11
  Consecutive Saturdays and Sundays starting Saturday January 4, 2025
  to Sunday March 16, 2025.
- Mugels Team 40 days at Sommet Saint-Sauveur
  Dry land training starting Sunday October 20, 2024. Saturday and
  Sunday Program. On snow training starting Sunday November 3, 2024 to
  Sunday March 30, 2025. Christmas Camp on December 26 and 28 to 31
  2004.
- SnoPrk les Sommets 35 days at Sommet Saint-Sauveur
  Saturday and Sunday Program starting Saturday December 7, 2024 and
  ending Saturday March 30, 2025. Christmas Camp from December 27 to
  29, 2024.
- Mugels Acrobatz 24 days at Sommet Saint-Sauveur Dry land training starting Sunday October 20, 2024. Program mostly on Saturdays.On snow training starting Sunday December 3, 2024 to Sunday March 30, 2025. Christmas Camp on December 26, 27, 28, 30, 31, 2024.
- Lessons from Saturday January 4 or Sunday January 5, 2025 to Saturday January 25 or Sunday January 26, 2025 OR Lessons from Saturday February 8 or Sunday February 9, 2025 to Saturday March 1 or Sunday March 2, 2025

POLICIES ON ACCESS TICKET LES SOMMETS

Refund: The access tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable at all times.
Procedures for requesting a change of date of an access ticket.

Access ticket with a specific date:

The request must be made maximum 24 hours before the initial date to be elligible.

No exception will be accepted.

No request for a change of station will be accepted.

GENERAL CONDITIONS & ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONS

- Credits are subject to acceptance and approval by les Sommets de la Vallée Inc. and we reserve the right to change the policy at any time during the season.

Please note that management reserves the right to change pricing and opening hours for all it’s Sommets without notice.

Summer

Water Park

WEATHER GUARANTEE

The rain can't stop you anymore; Make the most of every moment spent outside with the Sommet Saint-Sauveur Water Park Weather Guarantee.

Terms:

If between 10 am and 4 pm:

We must close all Water Park activities for more than 10 minutes.

AND/OR

If it rains for more than 10 consecutive minutes between 10 am and 4 pm resulting in a completely wet asphalt.

You can leave with a personalized revalidated free ticket and come back with a blast, to the largest Water Park in a mountain setting, when the sun will shine again at the date of your choice.

What this guarantee applies to:

This guarantee is only applicable to the Water Park ticket.

Not applicable on:

- Parc F.U.N. products
- Rental of Cabanas or Gazebos
- Lunch trio
- Lockers
- Members of the Water Park Season Pass

Functioning:

You must present yourself before the Water Park closes to one of the coupon delivery stations which will be announced over the speakers in order to request the Weather Guarantee. You will receive your personalized revalidated ticket for your subsequent visit valid until September 2, 2024.

WELL YES, YOU CAN ALSO END YOUR DAY AT THE WATER PARK IN ADDITION TO ENJOYING YOUR REVALIDATED TICKET DURING A SUBSEQUENT VISIT.

During your next visit, you will need to present the revalidated ticket along with photo ID card.

2024 Season Pass

The member is entitled to obtain a credit or a refund of his Season Pass or the postponement of his 2024 Season Pass to the 2025 season without justification if:

Any request for credit, refund or deferral made on or after July 8, 2024 will be denied.

Cancellation policy for daily tickets of Sommet Saint-Sauveur Water Park:

Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable at any time.

SEASON PASS

REGULAR SEASON

Water Park Season Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, at the beginning of the season, clients can take advantage of the Guaranteed Season (see details above).à

SEASON IN CONTEXT COVID-19

If we are required to close the Water Park prior to August 1, 2024, due to Covid-19, memberships may be carried over to the 2025 summer season or you can obtain a credit for the Season Pass in proportion to the use made with the Season Pass.

F.U.N. park

Camping & Cabins

The total amount of the stay is payable at the time of reservation.

No refund for late arrivals or early departures.

For any cancellation more than 8 days before the arrival date, you will get a full refund minus an administration fee of $40 + taxes.

For any cancellation from 7 days to 24 hours before the arrival date, you will get a 50% refund.

Responsibility policy

The rental includes insurance limited to damage caused by normal use of the bicycle. The insurance does not cover loss or theft of the rented bicycle and/or equipment.

The customer undertakes to take the greatest care of the rented bicycle and/or equipment.

Les Sommets de La Vallée reserves the right to terminate the rental without reimbursement for any customer who does not make normal and respectful use of the rented property.

In the event of breakage caused by improper use, the customer could be held responsible for costs related to the repair of the rented bicycle and/or equipment.

Distribution and return of equipment

Distribution of equipment:

The bike will be delivered to the ROCKLIFF Café at Sommet Morin Heights between 9 am and 4 pm on the day of your reservation only.

When returning the equipment, receive 15% off in-store products. The purchase must be made the same day.

When collecting the equipment you must:

Present yourself with the user because he will have to try the equipment.
Make sure you have the user's weight for adjustment
Bring proof of identity: driver's license, health insurance card or passport.
Fill out a form.

Return of equipment :
Return to ROCKCLIFF Café before closing, 7 pm.

Refund Policy:

No refunds or credits will be given after taking possession of the equipment. If necessary, you can change the size depending on availability.

Date change policy:

The request must be made MINIMUM 48 hours before the scheduled date to be accepted, subject to availability.

Context

Les Sommets is a legal entity operating in the recreational tourism industry. It manages 6 establishments offering skiing and various outdoor activities located in the Laurentians and Outaouais regions.

The purpose of this policy is to ensure the protection of personal information and to govern the manner in which les Sommets collects, uses, communicates, retains or otherwise manages such information in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the governance of personal information (hereinafter "Bill 25").

In this policy, les Sommets details the measures it has put in place to guarantee the security of personal information

Application and personal information covered by this policy

This policy applies to les Sommets' officers, employees, consultants and volunteers, as well as to any person who otherwise provides services on behalf of les Sommets.

For the purposes of this policy, personal information is information about an individual that directly or indirectly identifies that individual. For example, it could include a person's name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, gender, banking information, health information, ethnic origin, language, etc.

Sensitive personal information is information about which there is a reasonable expectation of privacy. Examples include health information, banking information, biometric information, sexual orientation, ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, and so on.

Generally speaking, an individual's professional or business contact information does not constitute personal information, such as name, title, position, address, e-mail address or telephone number.

Purpose of collection

Les Sommets collects, uses and communicates personal information in order to adequately meet the needs of its current, potential and/or future customers. The collection of personal information is also intended to optimize the services offered by les Sommets.

For example, les Sommets may collect information for the following purposes :

Administrative (billing, payments, supplier management, customer subscription management, etc.).
Advertising and communications (product development, social network management, newsletter, etc.);
Security;
Any other purpose authorized by law.

Les Sommets ensures that information is up-to-date, complete and authentic at the time of use.

Collection and use of personal information

Les Sommets may collect personal information in the course of any interaction with its current and future customers, in particular, by telephone, e-mail, mail, videoconference or by consulting social networks or its website www.sommets.com (hereinafter the "Website") as well as any other Internet page accessible via hyperlinks on the Website and held by les Sommets.

When it collects personal information, les Sommets informs the persons concerned of the purposes for which this information is collected as well as the means used to do so.

Les Sommets may collect the following types of information in the course of its interactions with you:

Communication preferences.

In order to serve its customers and future customers adequately, les Sommets may collect information about a person's weight and height, notably for the rental of appropriate equipment and for security purposes.

Les Sommets may collect personal information from users for the transmission of its newsletter.

Les Sommets may be called upon to take photos of customers for the purposes of their subscription to access the site (Season Pass).

The mountains owned and managed by les Sommets are equipped with several surveillance cameras (without facial recognition) installed at various locations on the sites. Les Sommets may be called upon to collect recordings from its surveillance cameras, in particular to ensure security.

Certain non-identifiable information is automatically collected when you navigate les Sommets' website and its social networks. In fact, les Sommets may use "cookies" or other cookies to collect certain personal information. This information may include, but is not limited to, your IP address, your region, your web browsing history, the date and time of your visit, information about your device and network, and your connection speed.

In addition, information is also automatically collected, for example, when ski area subscribers access the mountains and use the ski lifts.

In all cases, les Sommets collects information only to fulfill the purpose of this privacy policy.

Consent

In general, les Sommets collects personal information directly from its current, potential and/or future customers and with their consent, unless an exception is provided for by law. Consent may be implied in certain situations, for example, when an individual decides to provide his or her personal information after being informed of the content of this policy.

Consequently, this policy and the information it contains will be available to any person concerned at the time personal information is collected.

Les Sommets obtains the consent of the persons concerned before collecting personal information concerning them from third parties.

Les Sommets will not collect personal information from minors, i.e. persons under the age of 14, without the consent of the holder of parental authority or the tutor, except when the collection will clearly benefit such minors.

When a user communicates personal information concerning a third party, he implicitly declares that, by transmitting the information, he has obtained the third party's consent to its collection, use and communication by les Sommets.

Duration of use and retention of personal information

Les Sommets will retain personal information only as long as necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes for which it was collected.

Methods of retaining and destroying personal information

This section may be supplemented by any policy or procedure adopted by les Sommets concerning the retention and destruction of personal information, if applicable. Please contact the Privacy Officer for more information.

Retention

Les Sommets ensures that information is up-to-date and accurate at the time of use.

The data collected is stored in a secure and controlled environment located in Quebec. Les Sommets uses security protocols and measures to prevent unauthorized access.

Les Sommets may also collect personal information indirectly through the use of "Lightspeed POS", "Bookeo", "Camping Québec", "Monéris", among others, all of which have their own terms and conditions and privacy policies for which les Sommets is not responsible.

Destruction

At the end of the retention period or when personal information is no longer required, les Sommets will ensure that it is anonymized (no link between the information and the person concerned). Les Sommets will anonymize the information in a secure manner, and in order to ensure the protection of said information.

Disclosure of personal information and consent

In principle, les Sommets will obtain the consent of the persons concerned before communicating their personal information to third parties.

However, disclosure of personal information to third parties is sometimes necessary. Thus, personal information may be communicated to third parties without the consent of the persons concerned, notably when the Act so provides or when requested by the following persons:

Public organisation;
Courts or other law enforcement agencies;
Suppliers, when necessary;
Subcontractors;
Any party to a commercial transaction with les Sommets, if necessary, and subject to the conditions set out in the Act.

Les Sommets will include in future contracts with its suppliers and subcontractors, among other things, a clause indicating the measures they must take to ensure the confidentiality of the personal information communicated and that the use of this information is made only within the framework of the execution of the contract.

It is possible that personal information held by les Sommets may be communicated to cloud service providers whose server(s) are located outside Quebec or when les Sommets occasionally deals with suppliers and/or subcontractors located outside the province.

Rights of access and rectification

Upon reasonable notice, you may submit a written request for les Sommets to anonymize your data. To exercise these rights, you may contact the person responsible for the protection of personal data at les Sommets.

You may also, by written request addressed to the person in charge, request access to your personal information held by les Sommets and request its correction if it is inaccurate, incomplete or equivocal. Les Sommets will respond in writing within a reasonable time.

Please note that anyone who subscribes to the les Sommets newsletter may remove their name from the mailing list by using the "unsubscribe" option.

Management of security incidents and handling of complaints

Any person wishing to make a complaint concerning the application of this policy or, more generally, the protection of his or her personal information by les Sommets, must do so in writing to the person responsible for the protection of personal information.

The individual must provide his or her name, contact information, including a telephone number, as well as the subject and reasons for the complaint, giving sufficient details to allow les Sommets to evaluate the complaint. If the complaint is not sufficiently precise, the Privacy Officer may request any additional information he or she deems necessary to assess the complaint.

Les Sommets will respond in writing to the complaint within a reasonable period of time following its receipt. Les Sommets may request any additional information deemed necessary and required by the Privacy Officer in order to process the complaint.

It is also possible to file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec or any other supervisory body with respect to the protection of personal information.

Limitation of liability of les Sommets

Les Sommets is responsible for the protection of the information it holds.

The website may contain links to other websites that are not owned by les Sommets and for which les Sommets is not responsible for the confidentiality of the information collected there.

Publication, modification and updating

This policy is published on les Sommets' website. Any changes will be posted on the website.

Your continued access to our websites or provision of personal information following any changes to this Policy will constitute your implied consent to such changes.
