The kitchen team leader is responsible for supervising and coordinating all food preparation activities, whether for the resort's resto bar or cafeteria.
Coordinates kitchen staff, establishes schedules, and assigns tasks
Demonstrates work methods and supervises their implementation
Prepares meals in accordance with quality standards and food costs
Maintains food inventory and prepares necessary purchase orders
Oversees the receipt and inspection of merchandise
Contributes to service as needed
2 years experience in a similar position and/or sous chef required
Hygiene and Food Safety – Food Handler certification (an asset)
Cooking course from a recognized organization (an asset)
