As a member of the customer service team, the call centre sales attendant will interact with customers by greeting and assisting them during their telephone call with a view to their next visit to one of les Sommets resorts.
He or she will be responsible for informing customers over the telephone about the products and services of les Sommets Group and, where applicable, for the sale of products and services.
Period of interviews: beginning of October
Start date: end of October
Welcoming and informing customers on the telephone, providing all the necessary assistance to meet their needs.
Sell various seasonal products (day tickets, booklets, season tickets, private lessons, snow school programme, equipment hire, etc.)
Inform customers of credit and exchange policies
Creates a positive customer experience by answering questions and using sound judgement when dealing with customer concerns and requests.
Diverts various enquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals as required; takes messages as required and ensures they are passed on.
One (1) year of relevant experience required
Strong data entry and computer skills (required)
Excellent judgment
Strong communication skills
Ability to deal diplomatically with the public and effectively manage customer requests
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and problem solve
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays
Fluent in French and English
3rd language a plus
