Over the years, our five Sommets have become outdoor destinations par excellence, offering a variety of activities throughout the year.
As a member of the Customer Experience team, the sales attendant will interact with, greet, and assist customers during their visit to any of the Sommets ski areas.
The work schedule is: part-time evenings on weekends
Period of interviews: starting October
Start date: end of November
Handles sales of seasonal products (tickets, season passes, lessons, programs, equipment rentals, etc.) through our computer system.
Provides a positive customer experience by answering questions and responding sensitively to customer concerns and requests.
Works with school and corporate group leaders.
Greets and assists customers at the Customer Service counter.
Maintains the cash register and ensures it is balanced at all times.
Takes care of the ski equipment lockers.
Knows the products on sale and keeps up to date as needed.
May be required to answer the telephone.
Due to the current labor shortage, employees may be asked to take on other responsibilities not directly related to their current position. Versatility to meet new challenges is essential to ensure the smooth running of the organization.
One (1) year of relevant experience required
Strong data entry and computer skills (required)
Excellent judgment
Strong communication skills
Ability to deal diplomatically with the public and effectively manage customer requests
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and problem solve
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays
Fluent in French and English
3rd language a plus
