We Are les Sommets.

The following items must be included in your employee file:

• Date of birth

• E-mail address

• Social insurance number

• Complete banking details

• Complete mailing address

• Home and/or cell number

The employee pass as well as the punch card are only valid for one season. New cards will be issued upon your return the following season. However, if you quit your job during the season, the benefits related to your job will no longer be available.

As for the name tag, it can be reused the following season.

Yes, your employee pass must be presented to access your discounts/benefits as a les Sommets employee: 

• Your season pass is loaded directly on your employee pass. You must have it on you when you want to access one of the mountains in the Les Sommets group;

• Present your employee pass at any our cafeterias to obtain your 50% discount (100 % for food services employees while working) on the majority of products sold;

• Present your employee pass in any of the les Sommets boutiques to obtain a 30% discount on clothing and a 20 to 30% discount on ski equipment;

• Regardless of your status (annual, seasonal, volunteer), your employee pass will be encoded with 5 Family & Friends Daily Tickets for the water park available at a discounted rate of $25 per ticket, tax included. To receive these tickets, simply pick up the coupons free of charge at the Customer Service counter. The person to whom the coupon is given will then have to pay at the Customer Service desk in order to receive their valid ticket for the water park.

Note that employee benefits are no longer available after the closing date of all les Sommets mountains. Also, if you quit your job during the season, the employment benefits will no longer be valid.

If you are a seasonal or regular employee, you can get a refund for your season pass by filling out this form. 

Part-time employee

The spouse and children of a part-time employee (less than 32 hours/week) receive a 50% discount on a season pass. The discount may be offered to the employee's parents if the employee has no children or spouse.

Full-time employee

The spouse of a full-time employee (32 hours/week or more) living at the same address receives a free season pass (50% discount for children of a full-time employee). A 50% discount may be offered to the employee's parents or children if the employee does not have a spouse.
